Five things we have grown so far.

Every specimen below is running on real ground, with real people using it: farmers, a vet clinic, gym clients, and a couple of friends who wanted to stop doing math over WhatsApp.

Equine veterinary practice software

Clinical records, pharmacy, and billing as one connected flow, not three disconnected tools. Open a case, run the exam, prescribe a drug, and the correct stock batch moves out while the charge lands on the owner's invoice, with nothing typed twice. Built multi tenant from the first table, with tenant isolation enforced in code and checked by a test that fails the build if it is ever bypassed.

Agricultural marketplace and department dashboard

A produce marketplace connecting farmers, customers, and an agricultural office in Makkaraparamba, Kerala. Orders, pricing, delivery zones, and payment confirmation, run by office staff on a laptop and farmers on a first Android phone. Every screen is written in plain language for readers new to smartphone apps and reading English as a second language, because a marketplace that confuses its users does not move any produce.

The flagship product under our own name. A focused tool for tracking personal bests across rep ranges, so lifters can see progressive overload happening instead of guessing. Built as an installable Progressive Web App: no app store review, no forced update cycle, works offline on the gym floor.

Group expense ledger and settle up app

Grew out of an earlier tool called SettleUp into a fuller group ledger. Track who owes you and who you owe per person, across up to three currencies at once, split a group bill by equal or custom shares, and settle up straight over WhatsApp with a message that is already written for you.

The public front door for GymBuddy India's own coaching business: plan pages, lead capture, and a growing library of search driven training articles. Built and iterated the same way we build for clients, which makes it the best proof we have that this studio keeps tending software long after launch day.

How we tend a build.

No account managers, no committee. One person understands the problem and grows the software.

  1. Season one

    Survey the ground

    Not the pitch deck version. We look at how the work actually happens today, on paper, in WhatsApp, in someone's memory, before planting a single line of code.

  2. Season two

    Plant the core

    The one flow that has to hold: a case opened to an invoice, an order placed to a delivery. Everything else is trellis around that root.

  3. Season three

    Let it meet daylight

    Software gets honest the moment a real person with a real problem opens it. We put it in front of people early and let that set the roadmap.

  4. Season four

    Keep tending

    Every product on this page is still maintained. Launch is the middle of the job, not the end of it.
