Is BuddySplit free?
Yes. BuddySplit is free on Google Play with no ads, no premium tier and no cap on how many entries you can add.
Do my friends need to install BuddySplit too?
No. Only you need the app. Your friends get a plain WhatsApp message with what they owe, so they can settle without installing anything.
Can I pay back over UPI?
Yes. If you track money in rupees, BuddySplit can open your UPI app with the amount you owe filled in. You add the other person's UPI ID once.
Does BuddySplit work offline?
Yes. Your ledger is stored on your phone, so you can log an expense anywhere. Optional sign-in backs it up and syncs it when you are online.
Is this the same as other apps called BuddySplit?
No. This BuddySplit is made by GymBuddy India and is listed on Google Play as BuddySplit - Split Expenses (package
com.gymbuddyindia.buddysplit). Other apps with a similar name are unrelated.Is BuddySplit available on iPhone?
