Attach a rope and face away from the stack.

Step forward into a staggered stance with elbows pointing forward.

Straighten arms while keeping ribs down.

Let hands come behind the head under control.

Arching the back
Lower back takes the overhead position. Fix: Brace ribs down and use a staggered stance.
Elbows flaring wide
Triceps lose tension. Fix: Keep elbows mostly forward.
