Refund policy
Simple rules, written plainly. If something went wrong with your order, message us and we will sort it out.
Workout templates (₹399)
Templates are digital downloads delivered instantly after payment, and every template has a free 2-page preview so you can check it before you buy. Because of this, templates are non-refundable once delivered.
We will always fix it or refund you in full if:
- you were charged more than once for the same template;
- you paid but did not receive your download and we cannot deliver it;
- the file you received is the wrong template or will not open, and we cannot replace it.
Coaching plans (Trial ₹199, Plan Only ₹499, Pro ₹999 a month)
- Before your plan is delivered: cancel and you get a full refund.
- After your plan PDF is delivered: the payment for that plan or month is non-refundable, because the personalised work has been done.
- Pro plan: you can cancel or pause any time with a WhatsApp message. There is no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops the next month; the current month is not refunded once its plan is delivered.
- You keep every PDF you have received, even after you cancel.
How to ask for a refund
Email hello@gymbuddyindia.com or message us on WhatsApp (+91 95628 76026) with the name and email or phone number you paid with, what you bought, and what went wrong. Please contact us within 7 days of the payment.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or UPI app may take a few working days to show the money.
