These terms apply when you use gymbuddyindia.com, buy a workout template or join a GymBuddy India coaching plan. By doing so you agree to them.
Who we are
GymBuddy India ("we", "us") provides online fitness coaching over WhatsApp, ready-made workout templates and free fitness tools at gymbuddyindia.com. You can reach us at hello@gymbuddyindia.com.
Health and safety
GymBuddy India is not a medical service. Our plans, templates, articles and tools are general fitness guidance, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
- Check with your doctor before starting a new exercise or nutrition routine, especially if you have a medical condition, an injury, are pregnant or take medication.
- Tell us about injuries and limitations in the form so we can plan around them.
- Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness or breathlessness.
- You exercise at your own risk. Results depend on consistency, sleep, food and your body, so we cannot guarantee a specific result.
Coaching plans
- Plans start with our intake form. We build your plan from the details you give us, so please keep them accurate.
- Payment is collected before your plan is delivered. Prices are in Indian rupees as shown on the site.
- Personalised plans are usually delivered on WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your completed form and payment.
- The Pro plan runs in 30-day cycles, paid monthly. You can pause or cancel any time with a WhatsApp message.
Workout templates
- Templates are ready-made PDF programs, not personalised plans.
- Payment is handled by our payment partner. After payment you get a download link on screen and by email.
- Templates are for your personal use. Please do not resell, share publicly or redistribute them.
Refunds
Refunds follow our refund policy.
Free tools and content
Calculators, the food database, the exercise library, articles and GymBuddy Log are free to use. Their numbers are estimates to guide you, not exact or medical values.
Our content
The website, plans, templates, articles and designs belong to GymBuddy India. You may share links to our pages, but do not copy or republish our content without permission.
Liability
We provide our services with care, but as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or plan involved.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
