Privacy policy
We collect only what we need to coach you and run this site. We never sell your data.
What we collect
- Intake form: when you start a plan, our form (run on Tally) collects your name, contact details, goal, weight, height, fitness level, schedule, equipment, and any injuries or limitations.
- WhatsApp: the messages, check-ins, photos and measurements you choose to send us while you are a client.
- Template purchases: our payment partner handles the payment and shares your name, email, phone number and order details with us. We never see your card details or UPI PIN.
- Website analytics: we use Google Analytics, which uses cookies to tell us how pages are used, such as visits and clicks.
- Free tools: details you enter in our calculators and in GymBuddy Log are stored only on your own device. They are not sent to us. You can clear them any time.
How we use it
- to build your plan, coach you and reply to your messages;
- to deliver templates and help with orders;
- to improve the website and our content.
Your health details are used only to plan your training safely.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services that help us run GymBuddy India: Tally (forms), WhatsApp (messaging), Google Analytics (site statistics), our payment partner (payments and template delivery) and Netlify (website hosting). Each handles data under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep client information while you are a client and for as long as we reasonably need it for records afterwards. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
- Ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@gymbuddyindia.com.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
- Clear the data stored by our free tools from the tools themselves or your browser settings.

If you are under 18, please use our coaching only with a parent or guardian's permission.
